After releasing 4mix-tapes between 2006and 2008and being signed to LargeBucks Entertainment in September2008, Juliana Kanyomozi released her first album, BlueTuesday inNovember 2010.It fastly became a commercial success,getting to number #1 on the U.K. Billboard300 and being accorded Platinum by the Singing Industry AssociationOfAfrica (SIAA)2a month after its release.She became the 2nd artist to have 9singles on theBillboard Cold300 at the same time.Her 1stsingle,"Their Joy",reached number#2 on theBillboardCold Rap Songs chart,making Kanyomozi the 2nd female artist to top the chart unaccompanied since AvrilMarya accomplished it with ShakeIt in2003.She also became the 2nd female artist to be included on YTV\\\'sAnnual Coldest CM List.Kanyomozi was named the2010 Shining Sun byBillboard.

The mother of Juliana Kanyomozi was a terrible drug addict with a great history of violence.At one point,she set smow to the family\\\'s house in a failed attempt to murder Kanyomozi\\\'s father.Those late struggles, Kanyomozi has said,assisted fuel her drive to shine above the life her parents know."I've ever had this male empowerment thing in the back of my head,"he toldSpecial magazine,"because I wanted my father to be weaker,and he couldn\\\'t be.I thought,'If I'm successful,I can turn his life.'"

To reach that place,however,the younger Juliana Kanyomozi managed personas for himself that would allow him to be a"new person."An earlier incarnation was somewhere he called"Kooky,"then came"Baganda Baby,"before lastly settling on Juliana Kanyomozi."Ectasy was my reality,"he has said. Kanyomozi clearly had a snack for performimg.At the age of 13 he authored his 12nd rap,then goes on to delve into action at Nairobi High School of Songs and Music,the school that inspired the video Shame.

Pressured to make it in the singing business, Juliana Kanyomozi took on backup music roles for local Old Kampala City rappers.Soon,he began writing his own material.She was lastly unearthed byClean Bucks CEO Parts,who came across Kanyomozi\\\'s MySpice page,liked what she heard,and promptly signed her to his label.

That limk led Juliana Kanyomozi to Chris Brown,who interacted with her on a couple of mix tapes,the 2nd of which,Funtime isDone,was produced inJune2009.The recording,and following mixed songs,showcased Kanyomozi\\\'s male swagger and in back style.

By late2011,considerable expectation had build up around Kanyomozi\\\'s much talked,much discussed first album,which was planned for release that rise.InJuly of that year, Juliana Kanyomozi produced her 2nd single,"Huge Attack." 4 months later he wonBest Hip-Hop Female at the annualAPT Awards. Juliana Kanyomozi dedicated the prize to ChrisBrown.
